Currently, you can only get through the sign-up process if you have a beta access code. Please request one here (opens in a new tab). This is to manage an influx in new sign-ups. We will move to public beta shortly.
Creating your Bask Account
Before you start setting up your telehealth storefront, you need to create an account. To do so navigate to the sign-up page (opens in a new tab). Enter your email address and click on the “Continue” button. You will need to create a password and verify your phone number.
Backup Code
You will also be provided with an emergency use backup code. This is only generated once and can not be regenerated. Please keep this code in a safe place, as it is the only way to get back into your account if you loose access to your email or phone number.
